🧼Monday 3rd November🧼Strictly Come Dancing News!!

Lots to talk about when it come's to Strictly this weekend!!

My goodness me the standard was so high on Saturday night!!

I felt every single couple stepped up and were improving, so to have to call who would be in the dance off, was very hard!

I watched the dance off on Monday (today) and knew who sadly left before I saw it as they said on Lorraine this morning! But I didn't know who was in the dance off with the couple that were eliminated.

I was in shock who went and I'm sure you some (if anyone actually reads my blog 🤷🏻‍♀️😆) of you may know by now and I always write on Mondays who goes anyway lol

So poor Balvinder & Julian...who escaped the dance off the previous week found themselves in it again!! I noticed Amber & Nikita were relieved but think she was shocked Tess said they had gone through and that the wonderful inspiring Ellie & her amazing big 'brother' Vito were in the dance off! I wasn't surprised Amber & Nikita went through as they are really good and I hoped they weren't in the dance off again. Amber cried when talking to Claudia and thanked the people who voted. I was shocked that Ellie & Vito were in the dance off....I felt bad as i hadn't voted for them this week as I honestly thought they would be fine!! I was wrong.

I felt sorry for Balvinder & Julian were in the dance off as I think she's improved so much and thought there Rhumba was great!! I did vote for them this week. I've found it difficult this year who do give my 5 votes for as I like so many so I spread my votes out lol

Balvinder & Julian won the dance off as all judges saved them over Ellie & Vito, luckily Shirley didn't need the casting vote but said she would have saved Balvinder & Julian too. You could tell the judges didn't want to send Ellie & Vito home especially because how good Ellie is, how much hard work she puts in, just everything about her and of course the unique partnership & special bond they have. I've absolutely adored their big brother/little sister relationship they share. He was the best teacher for her without a doubt and I was crying lol

Now all couples did so well but one couple and their dance really stood out!!!

The dance of the night, the whole series, for the judges and me (and probably all the viewers) was of course Lewis & Katya!!! They did a couples choice to Radiohead's song "Creep" which sounded so different to the original song, as it was faster which worked so well with the speed of the routine-lots of tongue & cheek dancing in this Swing version. Their costumes and make up were fantastic too....well everyone's (including the judges) Halloween costumes and make up were fabulous!!

I watched this dance with my boyfriend as we were eating dinner (he only watches bits now and then as he's not into the show like I am lol) he was mesmerized and blown away like me. We couldn't take our eyes of them and trying to eat donner at the same time! We knew they were going to get four 10's which they deservedly did!! It was lovely to see his former Emmerdale cast mates praise and support him on social media.

Next week is going to be interesting as everyone is so good- I know I shouldn't call it who will be in the dance off, before I've actually seen them dance lol but Harry & Karen maybe in the dance off next but who with I don't know. I personally think he's the weakest dancer now but we will wait and see!
